This training class will be two days in length. The first day runs from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm and the second day from 8:00 am to approximately 4:30 pm. Morning coffee, juice, and muffins will be served as well as lunch provided for both days.

This class is required to work on Zedi Smart-Alek's and will cover the following:

• Zedi product line overview
• Laptop setup and security systems
• Component identification
• Basic programming and set-up
• Calibration
• Hardware installation
• Communication testing and basic theory
• Basic service techniques
• Zedi Work orders and billing

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own laptops.  No other tools are required as all software, manuals, and handouts will be provided.

Registration is limited, and based on first come first serve. In case of cancellation, a minimum of 48 hours is requires to avoid being invoiced.
